Don’t Give In, Don’t Give Up. Give LIFE.

it's extensive how we define ourselves and our expression based on our perception of impressions through others, interpreting reality through systematic filters instead of LIVING direct, in directive authority as equals of life

currently no expression exists

we are slaves to our own consciousness, our own value judgments, our own search for self, all the while we are HERE

what does that realization imply?

the solution is here

the solution would be direct living

Self-Forgiveness is the letting go of the past/judgments/fears, removing the veils, and giving self the permission to LIVE

the LIVING must be equally applied as the Self-Forgiveness

this is a point all is facing

first we walk/start with the mind process of seeing, realizing and understanding our creation

then suddenly we notice, oh shit, we ARE it, it's about changing ourselves

it’s about putting the theory into application, and living the change, living our realizations

all resistance and all fear, all want/need/desire:

is the consciousness that we've become that fears losing itself, fears losing it's 'feeding ground' which has been our physical bodies and this physical world

it is the consciousness that wants to have it “my way” based on self-interest and the concepts of ‘personal happiness’ the systems serves us with, conditioned through family, called ‘love’ when it’s only patterns of ‘reward’ and ‘punishment’ creating a world of abuse where profit/self-interest is placed before the interest of LIFE

so the question is:

will we dare to occupy our body as beings of life, and walk/participate in life in self-responsibility, self-dignity and respect, as directive authority in equality and oneness –

or will we remain as consciousness, a fabricated entity occupying a body for its self-interest

this is the question everyone and everything is faced with as the final decision in this existence

to become life, which we do not yet know/realize what it is other than the basic common sense that life must be Best for All,

we must be willing to and will ourselves to let go of the consciousness/knowledge/past/judgments/fears/desires etc. that we've become in patterns of polarity, where for some to ‘have’ others have nothing, and for some to ‘win’ the majority must ‘lose’ –

which is what we see in the world yet it is the same system-principle based on which every individual mind consciousness functions: self-interest.

could there be any ‘higher purpose’ to achieve than LIFE - than freedom and dignity for all in a world without fear, without abuse?

as we walk this process of self-honesty self-forgiveness, exorcising the habits that inhabit us and letting go of the consciousness patterns that bind us, there's a moment / moments of 'vacuum' where the past is no longer but the new is not yet lived into creation

that's where the ‘window of opportunity’ is HERE for self to move and create the NEW, otherwise the old comes in again automatically

this is where breath assists, slowing down to real-time, walking breath by breath

realizing and acknowledging that this process takes time, as it took time for us to fabricate what is here now;

thus –

we gotta walk in patience, yet live self-commitment – don’t give up

don't give in to the patterns of the past

we gotta move ourselves out of the separate mind-bubbles of consciousness as self-interest - and into Life and Living in the interest of LIFE, as who we all really are 

we gotta move self slowly but surely, to let go of a past of separation and abuse and form a new existence of oneness and equality as LIFE

The Journey to Life - Breath by Breath

Breath by breath is the only way to walk this process, this journey to life, without getting lost in the insanity of the mind, the insanity of the system, the insanity of humanity.

What does that imply?

It is not to lose sight of the processes that constitute the mind, the system, the world, humanity – yet to not to get lost in them either.

It is rather to see, realize and understand What is Here as our creation, as ourselves, and How our Here works, as the mind system and the world system equally.

Because only through understanding how the automated systems function which we have manifested / accepted / allowed - can we place ourselves in a position to CHANGE What is Here in the interest of LIFE.



Breath BYE breath

How would it be to live so, that we in every moment say ´bye-bye´ to the previous moment, the previous breath? We would live each moment fresh, new, a re-birth into HERE in every moment of breath.

What is it that exists clinging on to the past, to definitions, to knowledge?

What is it the fears ´losing control´?

What is it that has a concept of death, of loss?

It is the consciousness system. (Study the entire Desteni research for a thorough insight on this)

Currently we exist in loops of mental realities and pattern repetition, each human being trapped within their own mind-bubble in separation from life as a whole.

We exist through the drive of the wants, needs and desires of the personalities we have adopted / accepted / allowed to become ´who we are´.

We exist through the drive of money which is currently the only motivation for movement – no actual self-movement exists.

The question is why.

How do we educate our children, our world, the next generations?

How come history is repeating with mankind never actually coming to real change to the betterment of LIFE for ALL?

At this point, many will refer to FEAR as the cause for this.

Is fear really the cause – or is it the effect, used as an excuse, a justification for the cowardice we exist within, which we try to cover-up with ´superior´ projections?

We suppress and deny fear of death to such an extent, that we do not even really ask the question: How come we are not transcendent of death?

The answer is simple: Because we exist as MIND PERSONALITIES = definitions, personas, self-image – like characters in a role-play. And neither the characters nor the roles we play or the reactions we have are self-directed. They are conditioned; preprogrammed; ´educated´ as personalities by the personalities that have gone before us.

It is through and as personalities that we exist in self-interest, disregarding the interest of life.

It is our perception of separation and our ´education´ through ´reward´ and ´punishment´ (called ´love´!!!) based on concepts of ´superiority´/´inferiority´ that brings forth the concept of self-interest, through which we exist in constant comparison and competition in a system that exploits life for profit.

Yet the common sense is clear:

No point of self-interest can be of any value or any benefit to any part of life, if it harms in any way another part of life.

Because the value of life is life.


What would our world look like if we all lived in the interest of life as a whole?

Why is our awareness limited to self-interest? Where is the awareness of life? Why is it missing within the human? What have we missed? Is perhaps everything that we´ve placed values into, everything that we’ve called ´life´, questionable?

Only a personality that exists through consciousness fears death. It fears losing that which it defines itself by/as.

The physical universe does not fear death. It does not even require consciousness. Should the human race vanish from the face of the planet, the planet would still be here.

Fear of death is unnecessary - all is going to die, you never know when the next breath will be your last.

Thus one can assist and support self in living self-honesty in every moment, finding/willing within ourselves the courage to live self-honesty - in the realization that only the mind fears death, because it is defined through knowledge, memory, agendas, definitions, polarity designs = all things that at death are no more.

So, best to identify the things of the mind that at death are no more - and start walking the forgiveness of these points, in a process that is the journey to life - the journey to stopping the system within and without and making ourselves real as life

= dignity, freedom, life for all.

Walking within and as breath, breath by breath, self can support self to, as a point /reaction /experience comes-up in a moment : see it, look at it, understand it, let it go – give it no value, it was preprogrammed anyway.

What other value could there be than Self Being Here and Moving in the interest of Life?!

Any other movement that comes-up automatically is preprogrammed, any value other than life is self-interest in separation from life and exists only through system definitions, personalities, terms of consciousness, not terms of life.

LIFE has only one term:

What is Best for All, as One.

Hence Equality.

No gods, no masters, no slaves.

And a system of support that will enable self-mastery and expression for ALL.





Breath BUY Breath

In the current consumerism system which equals the abuse of life in the name profit thus manifesting inequality and destruction: the system SELL to you the CONcept that you must BUY your breath, your right to be here.

Yet the system does not exist without the human.

Therefore it is the responsibility of the human to bring forth a system that allows LIFE EQUALL for ALL. What stands in the way of this is FEAR – yet fear is in fact only an excuse. The real reason is self-interest, the desire for profit, the desire for dominion of the few ´special ones´ over the many, the dominion of the machine (which is MAN as MONEY/man-eye) over life.

In the current system of inequality, the breaths of the many that are born into inferiority BUY the breath of a select few that are placed into superiority.

The one polarity does not exist without the other, which is why charity and any other band-aid solution presented as ‘benevolent’in the current only in fact perpetuates the inequality and keeps the system running.

What must be seen is that: You do not choose where and under what conditions you are born into in this world. And yet those very conditions determine who you will be and what your experience in life can or cannot be.

Can you place yourself in the shoes of any given being on earth and walk their life without fear, without shame, without regret? If not – then it is obvious common sense that we require to WILL a new system of actual life-support for our existence on earth – such that no one must fear for their life, and all can exist in freedom, dignity, and respect.


It is time to take responsibility for our creation and stand-up for life to do whatever it takes to transform our current existence of atrocity – from self-interest and separation into oneness and equality in the interest of life.

Walk with us in this process of debunking all systems and all mind-control, and getting ourselves to the point of response-ability to manifest what´s best for Life on earth, so that freedom, dignity and support for ALL LIFE is ensured in all possible ways.

Yes, it´s a long way to go - but solutions are established by being lived.

It is not enough to change the world system – because the world system is but the externalization of human nature. Thus, it is human nature that must change, and this must be done through self-will and self-realization, a process of purification of our nature, our beingness - or else it is not real.

At Desteni we support ourselves and each-other in taking back the power we´ve abdicated to systems and in developing the common sense required to walk ourselves out of the woes of the mind and into the ways of LIFE –

to establish a new way of life that in fact honors life in all practical ways.

Self-Realization & Self-Made Polarity Experiences

Lately I was writing about my experience with people and groups of people throughout my life - and how I ended-up isolating myself and existing in judgment, which was in essence only reflecting my own self-judgment and mental polarity creations -

What is fascinating is that our 'experiences' are 'merely' the result of the equated definitions, conclusions and beliefs we accept throughout our lives: which makes it all but a program which, once realized, can be redefined in self-responsibility and self-respect –
thus changing our patterns of participation in this world in a way that will bring forth dignity for life.

Looking at my experience of how I perceived people and how I experienced being perceived by others, I see that one can in self-honesty look into and investigate what 'expectations' are connected to such experiences, meaning -
what does one expect people to think, how does one expect people to react to who and how one is, what does one fear as a reaction/feedback from others, what does one desire as a reaction/feedback from others.

Writing about this, one will see that one’s expectations emerge from one’s own self-created and/or accepted definitions of oneself, be it self-judgment and 'negative'-charged ideas (which would reflect that which one fears as feedback from others) or 'positive'-charged ideas about oneself (which would reflect that which one desires as feedback/'validation' from others).

So, this shows that what we think people think about us or what we perceive people experience toward us = is actually in fact our own mind. It is showing us what we ourselves have defined, created, accepted about ourselves - our fears and desires: both are polarity points that indicate self-separation, from the perspective that
- the 'negative' points one fears being seen/perceived as: are points that one has judged of/about oneself and thus separated from oneself, instead of transcending the points within and as self-equality
- the 'positive' points one desires as 'feedback', 'validation' or 'gift' from others: are points that one has not yet accepted within oneself as oneself but has separated oneself from, thinking and believing one needs to 'gain' or 'attain' them in order to be 'more'/'better'/'higher'.

Such points/ideas of 'more'/'better'/'higher' are showing us that we've actually defined self as the opposite-polarity ('less'/'worse' etc -the 'negative') and we're therefore now seeking and desiring the 'positive'.
So here we can see the trap of polarity within and as our mental 'values' - the things we place value on, in separation from ourselves as life.

So, in fact, until we start seeing and realizing what we (each one of us) have created as one's mind, what others will reflect to us will be our own ideas, fears and desires – and therefore looking at others and the feedback we get from others: we are basically seeing ourselves.

And THAT is where one can start with investigating the mind-polarities that exist within oneself as ideas, images, value-judgments etc, to start purifying one's (self-)definitions, removing the polarity, freeing oneself from the trap, and working towards a point of self-equality and oneness as life -

where the value is self here as life in the context of practical considerations from the starting-point of self-support as actual living, to no longer be subject to mental images, definitions and ideas about self and the world.



SELF-REAL-I-ZATION:
We are what we make real as ourselves -

and thus, self-real-I-zation is a space-time process as we dis-cover ourselves. Man Know Thyself - a process in time which entails several steps:

-seeing and recognizing what it is we have made real as ourselves and our self-experience in this world

-seeing and recognizing what the reality of our experience / what the participation in our patterns perpetuate in this world in the greater scheme

-making a decision as to whether or not such creation is worthy of life, whether or not what we've made real as ourselves in fact supports us as life

-forgiving our creation as ourselves and taking the responsibility to transform the equations of our creation, to stop the patterns of abuse and inequality/polarity and align our practical-living-participation to what's best for all/life, which is also what's best for us individually

-envisioning the practical correction- and transformation-steps required to make ourselves real as self-willed equals of life, as dignified individuals and responsible creators

-making ourselves real by walking that solution/correction/purification into beingness:
and through this we are bringing forth the transformation of our creation as humanity toward what is best for all as life in equality and oneness

GOOD & EVIL are ONE | Proof that you Can't Trust the Positive Feeling

We are trapped in a oneness of polarity, both within ourselves as the mind consciousness we’ve been cultivating as humanity over generations as well as in the outer world as the world systems we’ve been developing, accepting and allowing – all in the name of profit.

Profit itself is a polarity construct. For some to have profit, others must have loss.
Is it really so difficult to consider that there is another way?
Or is man so brainwashed with fear that only self-interest prevails at the cost of life itself?


Take the example of a rapist or any psychopath / sociopath for that matter (watch some episodes of Criminal Minds to get a real good idea on the psychology of a criminal profile.) The crime produces a positive experience within the criminal. But to ‘get there’, a negative act was necessary, for whatever reasons: to justify for an experience of lack or injustice the criminal experience within themselves, to take revenge or to balance-out an inferiority complex etc.

The motivation is the seeking /the desire /the pursuit of for instance revenge, justice, power. The idea of achieving that goal and getting that satisfaction is the positive charge that feeds the criminal mind. And the negative action as for instance rape, murder, bullying or any kind of abuse is the starting-point for the creation of the ‘positive’.


Or take the example of abusers that try and control you with fear, whereby they get a ‘positive’ boost from being able to abuse and give you a ‘negative’ experience, which makes them feel ‘more’, ‘stronger’, ‘powerful’. Isn’t this evidence that the positive feeling cannot be trusted?

Fascinatingly enough, the abuser, the bully will often use the same label to induce fear in another that was used by others to frighten them when they were kids for instance. So if someone calls you a faggot or a prick or fat-ass, you can be sure the word thy use is something that either has ‘hurt’ them (=their ego) before or a word they fear, or if someone was fat and was bullied about it and now they’ve lost the extra pounds, it could be they are gaining satisfaction as ‘positive’ charge through hitting you with the ‘negative’, in this case the label ‘fat-ass’.
So here the ‘negative’ action of calling you ‘fat-ass’ is creating the ‘positive’ feeling of satisfaction they’re getting through the comparison they draw in the mind. Now this may be an ‘innocent’ example, however the mechanics of how this works is the same in all cases of abuse and separation.

“The reason why the negative is so powerful, is that the negative is the creator of the positive. The positive is the charge and the negative is the action/starting-point of creation.”

So –
Let’s now look at this from the other side of the polarity more in depth. Let’s take the ‘positive’ example of a lightworker, a positive-thinker or a spiritual person. The creation of a lightworker, a positive-thinker or a spiritual person as a ‘positive’ point has its roots in the perception of for instance this world as ‘negative’.
The lightworker, the positive-thinker or the spiritual person did not look at this world and see it for what it is to understand why things are how they are and how everything within that functions. The lightworker, the positive-thinker or the spiritual person looked at the world and had a ‘negative’ judgment about it, which to deny / suppress / ignore one then uses concepts of ‘light and love’, ‘positive thinking’ or ‘spirituality’ to feel better about oneself, when in fact these ‘methods’ do not have any impact on the world as such, or even any impact really on the person itself other than perhaps making the person comfortably numb for a moment, until reality bashes in.

“See - in spite of being positive - one negative point will destroy all the positive effort.”

It's time to GET REAL – only so will we be able to bring forth REAL SOLUTIONS

2012 Reasons for a Higher Purpose

Ever considered that you’re doing the ‘right’ thing for the WRONG reasons ???
Ever claimed you’re doing something for NO reason ???
Ever dared doing the ‘wrong’ thing for the RIGHT reasons ???
Ever realized that you’re reasoning away the actuality of reality ???

What is REASON?
Our reasons are always representing our starting-point, the beginning of a decision, a movement, a step we take.
Therefore, there is always a reason for doing something or moving toward a certain direction, even if that reason may not be in one’s conscious awareness.

Since the REASON is always the beginning, this implies that seeing, knowing and understanding the reason – the beginning, the starting-point – we are able to see and understand the end – the result, the outflow.
‘Beginning and end’ is equal to ‘cause and effect’.
What effect do we cause through who we are in every moment?
This is a reality of consequence.
Consequences are the outflows of who we are, the result we effect through the cause of our being.

Everything in this existence exists within and through relationships. Everything we do, every step has an outflow, a result, an impact – on the whole. That is how we are creating this reality, this existence, this world as we know it.
The abuser does not exist by itself – everything exists in relationships, and for that we are all responsible.
The system (as we’ve created/accepted/allowed it) creates the abuser: through the support of self-interest, competition and secrecy – constantly re-creating inequality, comparison, greed, despair. Who are the real criminals in the face of life? The one who steals food to survive or the white collar that works to maintain a system of separation in the name of profit?

The earth provides everything all, but man created a concept ‘scarcity’ and exploits what is here in the name of profit – all the while billions suffer.
The current system offers many distractions, resulting in the shifting of responsibility and blame. Such comments prove how easily people get distracted by ‘sensationalism’ and do not see the whole picture. Then one will quickly jump into conclusions about who is to blame, all the while one is accepting and giving permission for the system to exist as it does = in a way that supports/tolerates inequality and the exploitation of life.

Many people search for PURPOSE in life, and the current con system of consumerism and consumption is good at selling us a purpose you can buy into and follow, a purpose that will give us the feeling we’re ‘doing the right thing’ or ‘getting somewhere’, a feeling that we’re ‘important’, that we are ‘someone’, that we are ‘good’; all the while we are basically maintaining the world ‘as we know it’ and supporting the survival of a persona in self-interest – which is basically the system: where what we do is motivated by self-interest in the name of profit (whether profit is defined as actual money and riches or a ‘god’ and god’s grace or the ‘pursuit of happiness’ and ‘personal freedom’ – in any case we are in fact always enslaved to the whole system, and half the world suffers starvation and despair as a result of this survival system we all participate in day in day out.

When people make decisions about who they are and how they exist – whether consciously or unconsciously – they then tend to create the reasoning that ‘explains’ ‘why’ they do what they do, ‘why’ they are how they are. People reason about intellectually, in the mind, to not have to see the actual REASONS for this existence – the world as we know it – in the physical: this reality we all share.

When we however start investigating our actual reasons, the actual starting-point of everything we do, say, think, participate in and how this reality functions: we get to an understanding of ourselves and the world and what the relationships we entertain support or create or give permission for to exist here.

Every moment, every word, every deed – who we are and what we participate in – is a piece of the puzzle of the things to come. The problem within this is that we’ve been manifesting this world in ignorance, and then we claim that ignorance is ‘bliss’. We’ve been creating this world in unawareness, through our secret minds, our fears, our denials, our desires.

As a representation of the mind within, we have created without a metaphysical system – the current money system – through which we attempt to manage the actual physical reality; with atrocious results as we can see all around.

As we get to an understanding about the mechanics of this reality, and as we get to self-honesty about the REASONS of our existence, our behaviour, our decisions, our definitions of ourselves and the world: what emerges is the realization that we can free ourselves from the predetermined ‘fate’ we are born into and able to determine our ‘reasons’ in awareness; clear our starting-point, re-evaluate how we exist – re-define and re-form what we call ‘life’.

As we realize that every here moment forms the shape of the things to come, we can see that we can stop existing for purposes given to us by the system to keep the system alive while we abdicate our power and leave ourselves and this world to ‘fate’; and are able to LIVE HERE in every moment in awareness of our role in the context of the whole, which is LIFE.

What ‘Purpose’ is can be redefined: from a projected ‘feel good’-picture that serves the ego in disregard of the whole – to a practical living in self-determination of ‘who I am’ in every moment in the context of LIFE as Best for All, thus supporting and bringing forth the utmost potential for all life.

It is vital to UNDERSTAND life – and start LIVING ...instead of being literally driven by preordained and conditioned ideas about life.

Is there at all a RIGHT reason for ‘doing things’?
Looking at this question from a system perspective we see that ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ really doesn’t make much difference in the system, because what is ‘right’ for one is often ‘wrong’ for another, and within the system each one is encouraged to promote their ‘own’ beliefs, their ‘own’ truth, their ‘own’ philosophy about things. What is not seen is that in any case all of this serves the protection of one’s personal ‘pursuit of happiness’ and the ‘justification’ of the things we do in the name of self-interest.

Never is the Whole considered, never do we see all points or consider the outflows, the consequences and the practical implications our participation has for everything and everyone else – for that which we call ‘life’, for the existence we are creating /accepting /allowing on our planet.
Looking in self-honesty at this world, which is a reflection of who we are, we can definitely see that what we’re doing /accepting /allowing cannot be justified!

We, humanity, have no excuses for what we’re doing to ourselves and each-other.

From the perspective of life, there is no ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ – there is only ‘who we are’ and the consequences thereof.

As we come to an understanding of the ‘bigger picture’, as we get to the humbleness that comes with the insight of the atrocity of this existence and our individual involvement within it all, we can look at the point of ‘right reasons’ and ‘wrong reasons’ from a very simplistic, practical perspective, through which we are actually able to remove the systematic polarity definition of ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ and place the question in the context of LIFE:

Within the context of life, ‘wrong’ would be all that which is an expression of self-dishonesty.
Self-dishonesty being our self-interest, our separation from life that based in the consciousness of fear and greed, comparison, jealousy, competition, fear of loss. In self-dishonesty we realize ourselves as systematic robots that function as conditioned happiness machines programmed to seek the jackpot whatever it takes while we are successfully distracted with bright shiny things to not see the whole picture and the role each one is actually playing within the Whole; to not see ourselves as creators and this existence as our creation – our responsibility.

Within the context of life, ‘right’ would be that which is an expression of self-honesty.
Self-honesty being the point where we see things for what they really are and face ourselves and everything we have created /accepted /allowed /given permission for to exist within ourselves and our world; realizing ourselves as life, as equal creations of the substance we all come from, the substance we all return to, and as creators of this existence on this one planet we all share. It is simple common sense that Best for All would be to live and apply our equality as life in the utmost potential and make it available to all equally in all ways; making sure that the systems we create to manage our ‘time’ between life and death – both on the small scale (our character, our relationships, our interactions in every moment) and on the bigger scale (our systems of education, administration, distribution of resources) – support ALL LIFE EQUALLY.

SELF-HONESTY is the ‘path’ – the Living Self Choice – of stopping the limitations we have accepted and allowed within and about ourselves and our world; removing the systematic controls that have us trapped in a bipolar consciousness that keeps history repeating; transforming the equations of inequality and enslavement into common sense solutions of dignity and self-empowerment in equality – so that we may be able to re-create ourselves and our existence, this world, in a way that support ourselves and each-other as LIFE.
