I am realizing that the decisions we make in life are not really our own decisions, but are responses we give to the impulses we receive from our world, other people, the system as a whole;
And that within that is implied that we actually define ourselves and thus our decisions through the eyes of world, through other people, the system as a whole – submitting in essence to the system.
Our current alignment in this existence is that of self-interest: where each being’s actions/living is aligned in separation from the whole, pursuing only individual ‘survival’ based on what the conditioned character-roles/personalities determine that we ‘must’ and ‘have the right to’ want, need, fear, desire. Within this ‘following’, we accept our existence of separation and also the polarity system of ‘superiority’/’inferiority’, ‘winning’/ ‘losing’, ‘having’/’lacking’-
hence a world under the dictatorship of a polarity system, seen very clearly within consumerism that has become literally a way of life, and within the profit-based money system that exploits life and living resources in the name of profit, favouritism, inequality.
What becomes clear here, is that in order to change the alignment of our existence, we require to change our self-alignment:
from self-interest to the interest of life, as who we all really are beyond the apparent separation, which in essence is a mental separation through which we impose “values” based on value-judgments of ‘superiority’/’inferiority’;
a condition that disregards the actual value of life, as which we are all equal, coming from the same substance and returning to the same ground at death.
Perhaps herein is the reason why we are not transcendent of death: because we identify with the mental only, while we disregard the physical, worse still: we abuse the physical in the name of the mental.
And since all that we are in the end is consciousness personas of the mental, fake characters/personalities in separation of the physical substance, nothing substantial remains of ‘who’ one is when one breath is suddenly the last.
The very definitions we accept of ourselves in terms of ‘superiority’ and ‘inferiority’ in fact determine our effectiveness and our decisions in life.
Realizing that I am the one deciding who I am based on what I accept myself to be defined as equal to, implies that the way to make actual decisions in self-determination entails walking out of the fake characters/personalities and self-realizing life. Within this becoming aware of what the cause and effect of my existence is, and making sure that my existence cause an effect that supports life as a whole.
Therefore I commit myself to aligning myself to life, and to assist and support others to do the same and break through the limitations and polarization of the system – so that we may bring forth an existence where all life is equally honoured as such, and the actual value of life is restored so that all may live without fear, without struggle – stopping the system of survival within and without, to finally LIVE.
This is the Journey to Life that is walked and promoted with Desteni and Equal Money – in the realization that Life is ONE group, we are all here together and share the same physical needs for a dignified life on this Earth. There is no plan B, we only have one planet, and since it is our nature that is the cause for the atrocity currently allowed in our world, it is our nature that must be the solution.
Therefore I commit myself to transforming the nature of my being, from the self-interest of the conditioned fake characters/personalities to the interest of life as who I really am.
I commit myself to living the decision to align myself to LIFE in every moment, because who we are in every moment determines who/what we become. Every breath counts.
I commit myself to slowing down and becoming/remaining aware of every breath and who I am within it, within my participation in my world, my reality –
to within that assist and support myself in stopping any and all participation that is based in self-interest, fears and desires that are conditioned, and to instead make actual, informed decisions in every moment, taking full self-responsibility for who I am and what I am participating in.

Why?
The basic point or essence I gathered thus far through all the interviews through the interdimensional portal is that the current enslavement has only been possible through the acceptance of the enslaved - through the abdication of responsibility; and perhaps it was in fact about missing a moment, a moment which could have been directed in full presence to what was best for all, as the Atlanteans have always done and applied as who they are (working with sound on a planet of sound and in awareness of the harmony of and as existence, as the being in this interview shares).
The being also shares about the purpose they were realizing within and through their existence, namely to maintain the harmony and equilibrium of existence as a whole, realizing and experiencing as themselves the common source as substance of all of existence as one, despite there having existed different planets with different races from the perspective of form, manifestation, skills and abilities. There existed a connection within and among the whole of existence in its different manifestations, all on some level aware of the common sense, the common origin, the substance from which everything and everyone emerged and existed as. Within that oneness there was equality.
So when and how did the separation begin?
This must’ve been the point where self-interest emerged and perhaps the question is why there was an acceptance/permission given for this to exist. If we as humans are the result of/as the enslaved Atlanteans, then surely it is time to acknowledge that our suffering derives from the fact that we’ve literally lost our common sense and missed a moment of self-honest directive.
Could this be ‘the missing link’?
It could certainly be the time to stop blaming ‘god’ or ‘reptilians’ or ‘the system’ for our enslavement and ask ourselves the question: where are we missing the point? Where are we missing ourselves? Where did we go wrong? Where did we miss a moment of self-honest directive in the sense of the substance that we had realized as our common source , the origin of all as what we all had emerged from and existed as – the common sense that is best for all.
When did we stop BEING the source?
And how do we become the source – become who we really are when we are free.
The problem I see with the current consciousness as it has ‘evolved’, is that it is based in mental, projected and separated dimensions, separation being the key word here.
The human exists in separation from everything and even from itself. It then spends a lifetime developing ‘mechanisms’ and ‘approaches’ trying to ‘connect’, but it does that within separation, within seclusion, as if the world, as if life, was ‘out there’ somewhere, but not ‘here’. (The accepted system obviously re-creates a human that is set on survival-mode, and that is one of the main points we are able, if willing, to change within our current global reality – see EqualMoney.org)
The human separates itself into subconscious and unconscious dimensions and projects its consciousness both inward (suppression, denial, ‘powerlessness’, questions) as well as outward (the seeking of fulfilment/’power’, the yearning for ‘god’/‘salvation’, answers). The separated parts of self often seem to ‘individualize’ and give a certain feedback, either in dreams and nightmares or in conscious emotional/mental possessions and obsessions, moods and outbursts that come seemingly ‘out of nowhere’.
The human attempts to understand itself and existence through mental/conscious investigation: through the interpretation of the subconscious and unconscious dimensions, which however inevitably takes place within the bounds and through the filters of the conscious mind. Thus the human fails to get to oneness and equality within and as itself and with life. This then results to the human attempting to validate and/or justify its existence and seek ‘life’ through projected ‘spiritual’ theories in the quest for meaning/purpose/’value’/’power’.
All this within a perceptual reality of separation, hence also the hierarchical tendencies of the essence of control.
The fascinating consideration this point leads to is:
For a perceived ‘need’ for (or even the concept of) ‘control’ to exist, the essence of ‘control’ must have existed. For the essence of the need for CONTROL to exist, FEAR must have existed. Is this the question about which was first – the chicken or the egg? Maybe, maybe not.
It certainly is a question each and every single being is able to practically explore and investigate as to the implications for existence – cause and effect, time and space, in the context of the harmony and the freedom of existence /the world /humanity as a whole.
It is also a question to investigate as to the implications of one’s individual, personal existence and self-experience. How is fear and control existent within me? What are the interplays? What are the patterns? What are the mental thought constructs through which I try to reason with such points? What am I participating in? What am I accepting and allowing?
Does the existence of fear imply the concepts of ‘inferiority’ - ‘superiority’? Does the existence of the concept of control imply the acceptance of the same concept: ‘inferiority’ – ‘superiority’? Has our mind consciousness perhaps in its evolution come up with ways to ‘justify’ the separation, to ‘justify’ (as in ‘protect’) its perceived ‘uniqueness’ against the rest of existence? Has our mind consciousness perhaps in its evolution come up with ways to ‘justify’ this existence of control and enslavement because only so ‘it’ can continue existing as it does – ‘explaining’ its fear as ‘real’, as ‘necessary’, as ‘justified’? Has our mind consciousness perhaps ‘individualized’ itself in separation from the entirety of who we really are as life, given itself fake values based on concepts of ‘power’ and ‘grandeur’ and is now driving us to each our individual ‘desires’, ‘free choice’, bliss’ in pretended or dumbed-down ignorance?
A simple question opens the door to some interesting answers:
Does our individual mind consciousness place itself before what is best for all? Yes.
Does our individual mind consciousness drive us through patterns of emotional and mental reactions to the decisions we make in our reality? Yes.
Does our individual mind consciousness bring up fear that we seem to be unable to control, direct, overcome? Yes.
So – is the enemy perhaps within?!
ENE-ME : INNER-ME
How did we get here? How did we get to exist in the Here we have manifested as Humanity in this space and time continuum?
This whole issue with us – with ourselves individually and humanity as a whole – demands an existential approach to reality to be resolved.
An existential approach would be a holistic approach that would require the transcendence of separation, within and without.
That is what we are busy with at Desteni; that is what we come together for. We each stand alone, as each one has to stand-up for oneself – no one can do it for another; yet we walk together, we work together, we see ourselves and each-other as equals of life and explore ways of living that equality, ways of making it a living-reality for all existence.
We realize it is ourselves and our relationships in our world that we require to change, the mechanics of co-existence in its practicality. We realize we have to dignify our word as the living word and become someone that can be trusted, someone that trust themselves, someone whose word is sound. We realize that this is established through self-honesty and the practical walking of self-forgiveness and self-correction / self-actualization, to no longer be simply products of our environment (an environment/system that has for eons of time propagated isms and schisms and supported an existence of separation, fear and control) but self-willed equals of life, living our inheritance to what is best for all in every moment.
This is how the Atlanteans went about with what they understood as their inheritance, their origin, their existence. They saw themselves as the Guardians of existence. And that is how I see myself as Destonian today, as that is what Desteni stands for: the Oneness and Equality of Life in all practical ways of our co-existence.
Today we can at least utilize the evolution of consciousness and the realizations that the inversion of karma and the acceleration of time – the lifting of the veils – bring: to be/become the guardians of life. Because life is the value that has been exploited, disregarded, degraded in the name of gods and profits.
The value of life is life – and that is the highest value in actuality, common in all and everything that is here breathing the same air. How can we keep competing against each-other and define ourselves by our differences?!
Why was the history of Atlantis kept secret? Well, one thing is certain: there hadn’t been an actual ‘opening’ for the actual story to come through.
For some it may be worth investigating all the myths humanity has about Atlantis – written and told by human beings. Also investigate all religious books – they too were written by human beings. How were the messages misformed, misinterpreted? What were people mis-informed about? What may have been the purpose of the Myths, the books? What were they promising, how have they been impulsing humanity, how were they ‘educating’? How come religious and spiritual leaders are rich and powerful in this world system?
For the first time, another kind of sharing is possible. I'd suggest to everyone to hear the story of Atlantis as one may find something about oneself and one's world view that one hasn't yet considered. Investigate the Thousands of interviews and Tens of Thousands of Articles and Documents through the portal, made public by the Desteni group through the internet since 2007.
When I first came across Desteni it was through Youtube and the online forums.
What made an immediate and strong impression on me the moment I came across Desteni was that each and every point taken on, presented, given perspective on: would always be brought to a concluding point showing the necessity and inevitability of SELF-RESPONSIBILITY. That is the core message of Desteni: Stop waiting, stop hoping, and take life in your hands by standing-up for self, for life. Stand up and Stop the enslavement within and without.
Obviously, to do that, we first require to understand How we are enslaved, How we are in fact keeping ourselves and each-other enslaved in patterns of consciousness that perpetuate the ‘world as we know it’ and keep history repeating; never actually evolving but only mutating, while the power-structures and inequality within and of the world system are being maintained.
On Youtube I found countless Desteni interviews elaborating on various different points of our existence and showing how everything exists trapped within and as polarity designs. I was immediately able to see this design and how it in fact exists within everything that we do, participate in or know about in this world.
The systems of our world are set to create and perpetuate enslavement through the mental and emotional manipulation of the individual and at the same time through binding the individual to societal structures of inequality, thus creating also dependency and bipolar behaviors and experiences, as there always seems to be something to love and something to hate, something to fear and something to desire, something to fight for and something to fight against. And while we engage in these patterns the world system presents us with as ‘options’ in life, we never actually stand in complete oneness and equality with all that exists so that we may be able to realize and take absolute self-responsibility for this existence that is ourselves.
This is the main point in my process of self-realization that literally woke me up and assisted me in realizing that as long as I project blame and responsibility onto others or anything outside of myself for that matter, I am in fact abdicating my power, abdicating my response-ability, my ability in other words to actually make a difference and bring forth actual change – the change I want to see in the world.
Therefore it is through changing/directing self as who I am in every moment, realizing and taking responsibility for what I accept and allow through my participation, my presence, my actions or inaction, that I am able to start having an impact on my personal relationships in my reality, my world; thus slowly but surely start creating relationships in self-honesty, self-responsibility, mutual respect and intimate and direct communication, making life something that is of life-support universally, something that is dignified and worth creating, worth living.
What I found through my participation with Desteni was people sharing themselves and their processes, and challenging themselves and each-other – challenging beliefs and personalities and mind sets as revealed through the writings we all shared. This is and has been an organic process of cross-referencing, debunking and discussing of all possible points of our existence, experience and ‘knowledge’ of the world, our reality, in the quest for the actual truth behind the veils of the mind’s programming and beyond the belief-systems we are indoctrinated with through the world systems.
Understanding and removing mind-control from the inside-out through self-honesty and practical common sense, seeing things for what they are in the context of the whole of existence from a perspective of cause and effect: allows us to see the manifested consequence of our existence and take self-responsibility.
Within this, we are able to start investigating the cause and effect of our own individual existence:
What does my existence contribute to within and of this world? What do my acceptances and allowances give permission for to exist in the bigger picture? What am I supporting in the world when I am driven by fears and desires? What creates my fears and desires? What is the effect of my cause? What has been my ‘role’ in my relationships with my reality thus far, and what definitions have I accepted within this to merely ‘justify’ the ‘roles’ and ‘positions’ I have taken? Why have I been for instance ‘the victim’, or ‘the intellectual’, or ‘the seeker’, or ‘the bully’ or ‘the bullied’? And how did I then create beliefs and interpretations of ‘reality’ in self-righteousness and abdication of responsibility?
How are such ‘roles’ used and abused within the world system to maintain consumerism, consumption and the con of consciousness, within which all and every one is enslaved? What ‘role models’ are we presented with by the media and why? What drives our existence from the inside-out and how are such ‘driving forces’ created? And why?
At Desteni we see SELF in the context of the entirety of existence. How can we create a world without ‘gods’ and fake values – a world with no masters and no slaves? How can we bring forth an existence of self-willed equals, where power is no longer something to compete for, fight for, kill and die for. How can we self-realize power as life, and give it to ourselves and everyone else equally.
Understanding ourselves as creators of ourselves and collectively of this world – we begin to understand creation from the perspective of interconnectedness and interdependence as life.
No one is free until all life is free!
This point is a further crucial point at Desteni – a point that opened my eyes for the world and assisted me in understanding self-responsibility and practical equality and oneness.
Because this world system, this manifested existence that is our reality, is one of enslavement, we all tend to seek ‘freedom’, or ways to escape the ‘prison’ of the system. And the only way we ‘know’ how to do this, is through denial, suppression, separation, whereby we tend to disregard everything and everyone else in the quest for personal freedom.
What if, however, we look at self-freedom not from a perspective of self-interest, but instead from the perspective of life – as all as one as equal. What if we start realizing self-freedom from the inside-out, by debunking and diffusing the mental and emotional mind-control we have been subjected to and have accepted as ‘who we are’, and consequently start freeing our personal relationships and interactions from the consciousness patterns of control and manipulation; from the constant competition and power-games – to create freedom of life, for life, for all. Because how can anyone be really free within an existence of enslavement where one constantly has to watch one’s back, an existence where no trust, no support, no actual freedom of expression and expansion exists?
Within realizing self-freedom in the context of life, as life, we are able to embrace our interdependence within and as this reality we all share, and realize that our interdependence is rooted in and emerges from our INTERCONNECTEDNESS as life.
Therefore, interdependence in the context of life does not mean dependency as in the currently existent relationships of master-slave, strong-weak, superior-inferior, powerful-powerless. Such bipolar relation-patterns exist only in systems of inequality where ‘power’ is defined in separation of life and ‘justified’ through fear and concepts of scarcity. Such polarity constructs as we’ve accepted them to exist within and as ourselves, within and as this existence, is exactly what creates dependency. And the outflows of such dependency are seen in war, conflict, addictions, obsessions.
No – Interdependence as life actually implies equality and oneness and the acknowledgement of our interconnectedness as equal parts of LIFE.
Freedom must be Freedom for All Life!
Within this, life can become One again: whole, integral, free. This oneness and equality, this freedom as life – the freedom to live, express and expand in full awareness and regard of all that is here as life – this must begin with/within each One individually: within how one lives and participates in every moment and how one relates and interacts in the context of one’s relationships.
This brings us back to the point of SELF-RESPONSIBILITY which seems to be the key in our process of self-realization as life.
STAND-UP for LIFE. YOU are the one you've been missing, YOU are the one you've been waiting for. So Stop waiting. Make a Stand.
The year 2012 is said by many to be a year of change.
So perhaps the question is: How do we expect change to come forth?
Anonymous claim “We do not forgive. We do not forget.” This is the very nature of consciousness – the very state of mind – that manifests war in this world: by seeking revenge, by directing blame, hate, rage, by thinking in ‘us and them’, by looking for ‘justice’ within separation and power-games. All this is not allowing one to make the effort and really understand the nature of the system and how it came to be; how it continues to exist, what keeps it alive and how we are all responsible.

We are Destonians. We are not anonymous; on the contrary, we stand with our own names and dare to take-on the systems of our world. Because we realize responsibility for all and everything that is here.
Instead of revenge and power-games, rather we should all in fact FORGIVE and FORGET.
Why?
Because there is no way we will sort this world out through revenge, vengeance or the punishment. So much evil has occurred already and what we see is history merely repeating – no one is better than another in this world-system. We are ALL responsible, either through direct participation as cause, or through our acceptances and allowances as the effect of giving permission for things to exist as they do.
Within this whole CHAOS of cultural, religious, racial, political, ideological separation and dogmatism that exists and rules the hearts of men, there is only one way to get past this alive: Forgiveness.
Obviously forgiving others is not the point, since it is the actual tangible change that makes forgiveness real and meaningful. Forgiveness without change is useless. Therefore, each one can in essence only forgive oneself, since only self can change self for real.
Ultimately we will have to forgive each-other if we want to build a new world where we co-exist as life – and that is a point where an equality system will be of tremendous support: Forgiving all debt and establishing a new value-system based on the value of life will equalize everyone in freedom, rights, wealth and opportunities/choice in life. This is a big step that will take time and a certain process – but for now, each one can start forgiving self and changing self in a way that is of dignity and respect to life – to self, as all as one as equal.
When I say Forgive and Forget, it’s not that we ‘forget’ as you might think. But we can let go!
We do not ‘forget’ that which is real as ourselves because it’s Here. Everything is Here. Only that which has not been real – goes. It will either be LET GO of, willingly, in awareness, or it will crumble down in the end, just like the systems of the world currently.
We can Forgive and Forget the separation, the hate, the accepted ‘human nature’, the greed, the fear, the vengeance and blame. We can Forgive and Forget the power-games. We can Forgive and Forget the systems of enslavement that we’ve been allowing to govern, determine, define us – and we can create a system of life for life, taking into consideration every living thing on earth including the planet!

2012 is not gonna save anything: because every one will have to save themselves.

For-Give: Give For Life.
Stop giving to the mind, the ghosts of the past, the fears and desires of a conditioned existence that is looping into implosion, self-destruction, the end.
Let’s make the end a New Beginning.
Make the decision to Stop.
Within this, we BECOME “the end” – and do not have to literally experience destruction and drive this existence into its doom.
The end is here. We are the end; and we are the Beginning. Let’s start Here and Now, breathe, birth ourselves into Living, birth ourselves as Life. Let’s have LIFE on this planet, starting with ourselves and expanding into a new system that will restore dignity of life and enable mutual respect, self-expansion and real power as creators –
as Equals of Life.
Power-games of inferiority/superiority have proven to be unworthy and unsupportive for all – We can all agree that as living-beings that breathe on this planet we are equal. We require a CLEAN SLATE as humanity to start over in a new way of LIFE. This clean slate can only be achieved through self-realization, self-forgiveness, self-honesty and respect for life. This starts within each one individually – and collectively we can support every body in the process of self-realization through a new system of actual life-support.
Who would imagine that the process of self-realization of Mankind would be intricately and intimately connected to the money-system of the world?!
Why do I say this? Let me explain.
Humanity is a group.
I cannot possibly seek self-realization in a bubble where only myself or only my family or only my belief-system exists in separation from all that is here. Who I am and how I exist here is determined through all relationships I form with all and everything in my world, and in turn determines the relationships of this world. That is our Truth; it is seen in who we are in the context of the one reality we share, it is seen in how we co-exist in the world, the smaller and the greater.
Alone in the mind everyone can be a superhero. But who are we HERE? Who are we in relation to everyone and everything else? How do we participate in reality? That is what forms reality; that is what creates the ‘world as we know it’ – breath by breath, moment by moment, step by step, through eons of time we collectively and individually construct what is Here, our Here: this world.
I am here, on this earth, in this body. I don’t know where I come from, but I know that I, as all, return to the dust of the earth and leave behind the legacy of who each one is and who we are collectively. What I also know is that the legacy we’ve been carrying around through eons of time cannot be that profound, otherwise we would be facing a difference of reality; we wouldn’t be facing the world as we know it: separation, exploitation, power-games, hierarchies, false values, disregard of life.
Humanity is a group.
This is what we realized and came together as, at Desteni – a group of people from all corners of the world standing up for life, for oneness and equality in practical-application.
The objective is to purify that which we’ve accepted and called ‘life’ into something that is actually worth living – for all. The way is to stand together and live into creation the principle of oneness and equality, to dis-cover the value of life – the value of life is life; and all life is equally valuable. We see that it is up to us, the people, you and me, to stop our accepted ways and stand-up to form a new system that will make it possible for all to LIVE a dignified life.
We come together to be the custodians of life on earth, as Earthlings. The destonian way of life goes beyond gender, race, culture, religion, status. The destonian way of life aims to transcend any and all hierarchies, any and all separation, any and all belief-systems. So that only life remains.
Purifying ourselves, we are able to purify our world. Beginning with ourselves, we expand to all that is here. Beginning with our relationships and co-existence in the small, we expand to the bigger picture, encompassing the globe and including all life. We stand all-inclusive and we hold the self-realization as life for all, even for those who are not yet willing to give up their self-definitions, their belief-systems, their fears.
We stand all inclusive because we see that we are each the result of the relationships and circumstances we were born into. No one was ever free to live, free to be and communicate as life. We’ve only ever looked for like-minded people to ‘feel safe’, people that will agree with our beliefs and accept our weaknesses and pretenses so that no one has to change. We’ve buying into the easy-fix solutions the system seems to offer and trying and keep to ourselves because “hey, what could I possibly do…” We keep using the masks we developed as coping-mechanisms in the context of family, friends, enemies; but we never really get to know another intimately, we never really commit to anything. Instead, we submit to fear and the survival-system we are presented with from birth to death.
The time for change is Here and Now.
It is the end of the world as we know it.
Why?
Because we see and we understand. We can no longer hide from the truth of ourselves.
For the first time we see and realize that in order to re-create ourselves in the image and likeness of who we really are as life: we have to include everyone and everything of our world, our existence, this one reality we share. We have to responsibly investigate how we have formed and conditioned ourselves and others through relationships of dependency, mistrust, manipulation; relationships in dishonesty, secrecy, pretense.
For the first time in the history of mankind a group has come together that stands not against anyone or anything, but stands for all and for the realization of life as equality and oneness, for the actualization of life based on and as the value of life.
As Destonians we stand alone and follow no one. Yet we walk together, assisting and supporting ourselves and each-other in transforming our living-application and transcending our existence into what is best for all life.
We stand alone – all:one – because self-realization entails SELF-honesty, SELF-trust, SELF-will. No one can realize for another, no one can breathe for another. Each one must stand-up within oneself and find stability and trust on one’s own two feet. No masters and no slaves have place in a new world where life is the value.
We share our processes in public because we stand for transparency, and because we realize that the consciousness cycles we are trapped in are universal: bipolar patterns of mind control that work from inside out. We fear ourselves, the world and each-other. People conspire in greed, jealousy, anger, spite. People wallow in self-pity, vengeance, remorse. And the current accepted system is not supporting anyone in letting go of the monsters we have created within and without, the current system is not supporting anyone in breaking the chains of this prison we call ‘life’.
Au contraire: the system re-creates the monsters through polarity education, indoctrination of fear and separation, and the monsters we become re-create the system in turn, and so history is repeating and the world is as we know it.
We stand for a new world-system/money-system that will end all hierarchies, stop all abuse and leave no room for exploitation; a new system that will be based on the value of life and created to serve and support life – all life equally.
If you get what I’m saying, then get informed, get involved, walk with us in purifying this existence, washing our brains in self-responsibility and stopping the mind-control from the inside out. As long as fear exists, life is not possible. As long as we look for saviors, we remain slaves.
We say that life is possible, and we are our own living proof. The more we share, the more people see common sense and start seeing things for what they are. Start taking self-responsibility, start recognizing the LIE in the beLIEfs we’ve created to dominate each-other and Stop.

...`bipolar´, `schizophrenic´, `ADHD´, `manic´, `depressive´, `psychotic´, `hysteric´, `borderline´, `multiple personality´= all are Aspects that exist within every human being, more or less, due to Separation (i.e. the Split of Self for the sake of Survival in this Reality), Suppressions, Denial, Lack of actual Support and real Communication within the basic System-unit: the Family.
Those that are exposed to a reactive environment or traumatic experiences that will `trigger´ the manifestation of a particular aspect - are labeled, categorized, marginalized.
Interesting the greek word Kategoria in the word Categorization = Judgment, Blame.
No wonder that `labeled´ individuals will get the message that `something is wrong with them´ and will inevitably either start blaming & judging themselves, or will go into anger & rebellion and will in both cases end-up in a never-ending inner struggle.
And look how this is the case for almost Everyone!

The whole World is `bipolar´ - "BUY POLARity - it is for SALE - SAIL AWAY - Don´t be HERE, so that we can `feed´ you until you are fed-up and give-up - we even make the right PILL(ow)S for you! - Sleep, Sheep, Sleep - Accept, Accept, Obey, Buy, Buy-Buy..."
The borderline of our Minds is where we keep ourselves apparently `Safe´ while we `Play´ until we become Prey to the bipolar movements of the Mind:

Psychiatry/Psychology is `allowed´ to define `conditions´ and `label´ individuals - and this is done in a away that will make a person believe that: "You are not able to take Self-Responsibility, so - there, I´ll give you a Reason not-to, let´s put you `outside the margin´, you are `special´, you are EXcused - so cute, let´s EXcute you for life!"

What is not seen, is that the `birth´ of a `condition´ through Labeling supports the manifestation of the `condition´ in-fact, and has the interesting side-effect that it opens the door for further `conditions´ / further Labeling.
In studying Viruses, it is seen that a Virus will develop and `evolve´ according to the vaccine/medicine. The Virus is always a step ahead.
An interesting question would be: What comes first - the Virus or the Medicine?

Man´s ACCEPTANCES, i.e. giving-away Self-Responsibility and placing Trust into `specialized´ forces and systematic treatments, and the fact that the System tricks Man into accepting & beLIEving his own powerlessness & defeat = implies that a real Change must come from Man, on individual-level, through realizing Self-Responsibility and looking at the Consequences of his Acceptances and Allowances to understand his own Creation as himself.
It is Who we are that creates this Reality.

Looking at our accepted `powerlessness´ - Man´s Self-Defeat... How did we come to `understand´ i.e. define `power´ only in Separation - only in relation to another point (other people, the system etc)?
In accepting this, we will attempt to `prove´ our `power´ through constant competition and Inner struggle - instead of realizing Self-Power Here as Who we are in every Breath. The Self-Power to remain Here as Breath no matter what I am facing.
The Self-Power to not-react, and to instead direct myself in CommonSense as Equal to another or a situation.
The Self-Power to not have to `have the last word´.
The Self-Power to not have to `win´.
The Self-Power to not have to `prove myself to others´.
The Self-Power to `know thy self´.

What is happening in-between...?
An interesting fact:
In our Sleep, we `lose´ Awareness, we `lose´ Self-Direction, i.e. the Dream `happens to us´. We are not aware of our Breath, we are not breathing - The body-System is breathing for us, automatically.
Is Sleep a Simulation of Death?
It is said that: As long as one is not awake and directive in the Dream - one is actually asleep when `awake´.
Observe how, even in the `wake´-state, we do not Breathe in Awareness. We are busy in our Mind. We are busy with Emotions. We are busy calculating `who we are´ in each particular situation we face. We play the game by the name.
Observe how each inner Reaction (anger, fear, anxiety, hate, being `in-love´, desire etc.) always `come´ with particular breath-Patterns. Reactions are automatic, they are conditioned. So has become our Breath - automatic.
The Body breathes as a Automated System.
Between the first In-breath and the last Out-breath: a whole life goes-by where we allow a System to take-over and breathe for us. Because `this is how it is´. Because `everybody does it´. Because this is `the way´. The way of the World...
We are not keeping ourselves Alive, we are not breathing Life, we are not breathing Ourselves. A System is keeping us alive ( ...considering our own self-abusive attitude towards the body, one wonders why it even breathes for us).
What happens if we Stop the Systematic Automation of breath?
We have proven that, if one Stop and Breathe when a Reaction come-up, one can direct oneself: No I will not follow a reaction. I am Here, I breathe.
We have proven that, if one is stable as Breath in Awareness Here - one is able to Stop the `effect´ of any common Drug: in ONE Breath.
Breath is HERE. If I am here as Breath in every Breath - I am HERE.

Is perhaps the Breath, as the actual physical `representation´ of Systematic Polarity (in-out, in-out, in-out) the Key to stand Equal to the Nature of Polarity - and Transcend Polarity?
Is perhaps the Breath, as the actual physical `representation´ of the polarity of `life&death´ the Key to stand Equal to `life´(the System) and Equal to Death - and Transcend Death?
Is perhaps the Breath the Key to Transcend `Time´?
Is perhaps the Breath our Only point of what is Real, Actual Here?
Is perhaps the Breath the Key to Stop the System from within and bEarth ourselves as Life?
Is perhaps Who we Really Are to be found in Breath?
Each-one can only find-out for oneself.
Each-one will have to find-out for oneself.
A time come where each-one will have to STAND in the midst of self-created Hell.
A time come where each-one FACE oneself and what has been accepted and allowed.
A time come where each-one will have to HEAL oneself. Breath Here will be all we have.
Facing this world and seeing things for what they are, it is undeniable that a drastic change is required if we are to continue with life on earth as humanity. Humanity itself must move and will a self-transformation - a change that will bring forth Life instead of fear and greed. This change must include the world as a whole because we cannot transcend our existence in disregard of its context; we must thus transform the whole current system into an Eco-System that truly supports ourselves / each-other as Life in Equality & Oneness.
Life is Co-existence; and the Value of LIFE is LIFE. Therefore Equality is the Key Here, with which we can actualize our Oneness and make it worth living. Stand-Up for Life!
